No hidden charges
We are up-front and honest about our pricing. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT have any hidden
charges and charge by the square foot so that you pay only for the areas cleaned. If you do
not want the sofa moved then you would not be charged for the area it takes up.

Carpet & Area Rug Cleaning

Carpets, Area Rugs & Oriental Rugs are 32¢ per sq. ft.

Stairs are priced at $3.00 per step

**example a 10x12 Bedroom Room would cost $38.40!


Upholstery Cleaning

  • Sectional Sofa: $110.00
  • Full Size Couch: $85.00
  • Love Seat: $75.00
  • Stuffed Chair: $50.00
  • Ottoman: $20.00
  • Dining room chairs: $10.00 per chair
  • Pillows: $.5.00 per pillow


Other Surfaces

We also clean: Tile & Grout, Linoleum, VCT, Wood Floors, Cement, Ceramic & Stone

These surfaces are priced at 50¢ per sq. ft.



OUR THOROUGH CLEANING PROCESS INCLUDES:

  • Dry Vacuum all areas to be cleaned
  • Light furniture moving (coffee tables, end tables, most chairs, etc.)
  • Pre-treatment of spots and stains*
  • Pre-spray all areas to be cleaned
  • Deep, thorough carpet cleaning
  • Surface deodorizer and anti-re-soil agent
  • Post vacuum or groom


*Difficult stains such as red dye, ink, pet stains, etc. may require specialty treatment, we price
this service separately on a case by case basis.

FURNITURE MOVING

As noted above we will move some furniture for no extra charge.  Please move as much
furniture and all breakables prior to our arrival.  We do not move items such as beds, china
cabinets, electronics/computers, bookcases, dressers, etc.  If you would like us to move extra
furniture, please let us know by phone and we will do our best to work with your circumstances.
